Whisked is a matcha focused business founded by Belle, built from a long standing passion for high quality matcha and thoughtful preparation. After first discovering matcha at a young age at David's Tea, that early interest grew into a deeper appreciation for the craft, eventually leading to time spent in Japan learning about matcha and traditional preparation methods. The business began as a small pop up and grew into Edmonton’s first dedicated matcha bar. Whisked focuses on carefully prepared drinks, sourcing matcha from farm to cup, and making all syrups in house to ensure quality and intention behind every drink. The goal is to create a welcoming space where matcha can be shared and appreciated beyond the traditional café experience.
